A. Postage and Packing

We do not make a profit on postage and packing - it is charged at cost. Double CDs count as 2 CDs, as do samplers which include a catalogue.

Parcels are sent by first class letter post within the UK and by air mail to other destinations. The costs are given in the table below.

We recommend registration for overseas orders: without this, your order is not insured and at your risk. For Italy and Canada, registration is compulsory.

B. Payment

Sterling (GBP) Cheque

We prefer you to pay by cheque in Sterling drawn on a British bank. Cheques should be made payable to Mr. M.E. Lavocah. Please don't send cheques by recorded delivery - it's not necessary, and can slow down your order.

PayPal / Credit Cards

Pay securely with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card through PayPal You can by Credit Card via Paypal. Paypal is efficient and secure - we never see your credit card details.

We charge you in Sterling and Paypal will debit your local currency account.
Convert our prices into your local currency.

Direct Credit Transfer

You can also pay by direct credit transfer (electronic banking). Contact us for our bank details.

Other forms of payment

The Royal Mail does not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) - sorry.

C. Special Orders

After some bad experiences in the past, we do not accept orders without your full name and address.

The business is run by Michael Lavocah. milonga.co.uk is just the name of the website and is not the name of a business or an official trading name.

4. Law and Jurisdiction

The Contract shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

5. VAT receipts

We are not currently VAT registered, and cannot offer VAT free exports.

E. Your rights

In addition to your normal statutory rights, UK citizens have certain rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Principle of these is a right to a refund under the circumstances detailed below.
